Immanuel Lutheran partners with the following organizations that reach outside our church walls
Bellevue Food Pantry
The Bellevue Food Pantry provides opportunities for service to Bellevue as our members and community volunteers participate in collecting food, stocking the shelves, and bagging the food for distribution. The Bellevue Food Pantry is now located at 1908 Hancock Street, their phone number is 402-292-2961.
Quilting Group
Immanuel’s quilting group meets the 1st Thursday of every month from 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. All quilts are sent to Lutheran World Relief, Immanuel sent 396 this year. The grand total of quilts made since April, 1991 is 7,930.
Knitting/Crocheting Group
Immanuel’s knitting/crocheting group meets every Tuesday from 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. Many of the items made during this time our donated to our prayer shawl ministry, they also make hats that are brought to Children’s Hospital. As well as many hats, mittens and scarves that are donated to the Stephen Center. All are welcome!
